COSTA TEGUISE
Costa Teguise is the third largest tourist centre in Lanzarote after Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca. In 1977 the foundation stone for this area was laid with the construction of the worth-seeing five star hotel “Los Salinas” (Avda. Islas Canarias), which César Manrique helped to design. Further hotels, apartments, shops, bars and restaurants were built in quick succession. The well-kept 18-hole golf course is international standard.

Arrecife
The capital and administrative centre of Lanzarote is the home of approx. 30,000 people. Translated, Arrecife means – rocky reef. In the town’s harbour stands the largest fishing fleet of the Canary archipelago. Banks, shops, bars and restaurants can be found on the sea promenade, the Avenida del Generalissimo Franco and in the Calle León y Castillo, which runs from the Castillo de San Gabriel into town.
